Quand il s’agit de méditation, certaines personnes passent par le rituel de s’assoir dans la meme position, au même endroit, pour ancrer leur relaxation à un panel de signaux extérieurs qui les aident à rentrer dans cet état de méditation plus facilement.

Je ne suis pas d’accord avec cette méthode de ritualisation. J’utilise parfois une position de mains spécifiques, qui aide pour passer plus facilement en état de transe, mais j’essaye au contraire de méditer dans autant de positions et d’endroits que possible.

My First Trance happened instinctively, but I decoded to go into my second.
